Nob Hill Spa.
This is a nice, small, urban spa located in an old-school luxury hotel,
the Huntington; which is in turn located in an old-school luxury section of San Francisco,
Nob Hill.
I went during the work week, and they charged me a very reasonable $35 day-use fee.
The main feature is their main, high-ceilinged pool room, which has a big warm pool,
a few lounge chairs, a hot tub, and, most notably, a commanding view of the city.
This place makes for a good rainy-day activity in San Francisco. Parking is a problem, but
they had a deal with a nearby garage for $10 for 2 hours. Beyond 2 hours, it would have been
mad expensive. The staff is very gracious.
There's a good little workout room, a steam room, a sauna, and a very elegant locker room.
