If you are a grown up seeking a perfect oasis of pampering, flawless service and
unparalleled amenities, this is the only place to stay on Maui. In comparison, its
competitors feel like something out of "Wally World"! The atmosphere is low key,
providing your every need without nickle and diming you to death. I would especially
recommend the club level where the concierge service is the best we have ever seen,
along with exceptional food and drink (even better than the restaurants!).
Regarding the previous reviewers comments, I can only say that I'm sure every
hotel has its undesireable rooms. To avoid this just takes planning by requesting
the room of your choice in advance and maybe a little research to be aware of the
various types of rooms. Our room was beautifully appointed, particularly the huge
bathroom, right down to the bottle of Woolite for hand washing clothes! Housekeeping came
twice a day so our room was always fresh and clean.
The real value comes into play if you take full advantage of the spectacular facilities
here, including exercise equipment overlook the ocean, spa, game rooms, entertainment,
lounges, magnificent beach with private cabanas, sparkling pool, a variety of adult and
children's classes, plus lovely shops. You will love this place!
