I recently stayed at the Westin Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles. I had previously stayed
there, but hadn't gone back because of the poor condition of the hotel. However, my travel
agent told me they had renovated so I went back. They did a great job with the renovation.
The rooms are still small, but the lobby is great, spa is awesome, and the restaurant Breeze
is very good, if a little expensive. My only gripe was the service. It seemed indifferent and
when I made a request for extra towels, it took about 40 minutes to get them.
