Hyatt Grand Champions Resort and Spa-Indian Wells, California
We stayed at this fabulous resort the weekend of July 4th, 2003. It is a great place for
families, and an absolute paradise for kids. The rooms are very large. The bathroom is also
very large and nice. The staff was very friendly, and the bellhop and valet staff were
particularly nice. The pool area looks like a garden paradise. There were ample lounge chairs,
staff to brings snacks, a lifeguard by the pool with the waterslide, and lots of towels. My
kids loved the kiddie pool, and even thought the resort was packed during this weekend, the
staff treated everyone like an honored guest, and the resort is large enought not to "feel"
overcrowded. My only complaint was that the food was not that great-pretty basic. And the
housekeeping department did not show up until very late one afternoon. Otherwise, a great
experience, and we will definately go back again next summer.
