Positives: uncommonly lovely staff--the concierge, a grown up woman, recommended a store
for what I needed and gave perfect directions to it; wait staff, spa staff were delightful;
kids club staff, too.
Gorgeous setting.
Negatives: they wisely maximize the use of the facilities, but that means locals are members
and use the tennis courts, for example, so hotel guests can't even contact the tennis shop.
Rooms seemed small, WD 40 needed.
$11 facility charge per room per night--come on!
